Sharon Lazar has been a certified Buyers Agent with Ellen Wilner & Associates for the past 8 years and lists and sells homes with Ellen in all price ranges and areas in Montgomery County, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. Sharon is well known for her patience and perseverance and is expert at making sure each transaction runs smoothly. Sharon is a valuable asset to the team as she is able to help view the properties from a Buyer’s eyes and contribute excellent ideas for marketing and pricing the property. 

Heather Fox, the newest member of our team, is an energetic, dedicated professional with a positive attitude and a real desire to find the perfect home for buyers. She is an expert at identifying a buyers’ needs, wants and motivations. Heather specializes in working with first –time homebuyers and guaranteeing them a smooth transaction every step of the way. 

Meghan Davis, Transaction Coordinator
Meghan recently relocated back home to the Washington, D.C. area after eight wonderful years selling real estate in Key West, Florida. Working in real estate full-time since 1999, Meghan has been a licensed agent since 2001 and is licensed in Maryland, Florida, and Virginia. Meghan is known for her exceptional customer service and efficiency. As Transaction Coordinator, she will cheerfully, competently, and efficiently manage your listings and sales from signing to settlement.
 

Jim Wilner, an award winning architect and Ellen’s husband, offers complimentary architectural consultation to the team’s many clients. He may meet with prospective buyers and evaluate their needs.
